Replace your carb-loaded breakfast with this perfect breakfast smoothie. It’s quick and easy to make and will keep you full for much longer. The nutrient profile makes it go a long way towards helping you meet your daily protein requirement (and it’s a great post workout snack too)!
Ingredients:
(makes 1 serving)
¼ cup cottage cheese
2 tsp almond butter
1 tbsp peanut butter
Few drops of vanilla essence
½ scoop whey protein powder (chocolate flavor)
1 small cup of Water
2 tbsp fresh cream
1 pc of date
How to prepare:
Grate the cottage cheese finely
Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend well until smooth
Tastes best when served chilled
