Ingredients:

(makes 1 serving)

  • ¼ cup cottage cheese      

  • 2 tsp almond butter             

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter              

  • Few drops of vanilla essence          

  • ½ scoop whey protein powder (chocolate flavor)

  • 1 small cup of Water                           

  • 2 tbsp fresh cream                

  • 1 pc of date  


How to prepare:

  1. Grate the cottage cheese finely  

  2. Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend well until smooth

  3. Tastes best when served chilled
