This goddess of smoothies comes not just from it being rich in fiber and antioxidants but also from the interesting combination of flavours that are pretty amazing. It is lactose-free,will be light on your gut, and will also keep you feeling fuller for longer.
Ingredients:
(makes 1 serving)
½ a frozen banana
½ cup green grapes
1 kiwi, peeled
1 cup spinach leaves
½ cup ice (or water, if you want to enjoy it at room temperature)Â
1 cup unsweetened milk (any nut, soy, or animal milk)
How to prepare:
Blend together all the ingredients using your blender
Blend until smooth on a medium/medium-high speed (about 1 minute)
Enjoy right away
