Sattu is a great filler to manage your hunger and avoid unnecessary snacking. Refreshing, and full of flavor, including lemon and mint. A balanced source of sodium and potassium, it works as a very effective electrolyte too, helping you maintain better electrolyte balance, blood pressure control and hydration.
Ingredients:
(makes 1 serving)
2 tbsp sattu flour       Â
½ tsp sugar               Â
½ tbsp lemon juice  Â
4 -5 mint leaves     Â
1 glass water              Â
Black salt to taste
How to prepare:
Put the sattu flour in a glass, add the sugar and black salt to it
Add ½ a cup of water and make a uniform paste to avoid lumps
Fill the remaining glass with water and add lime juice to the drink
Garnish with chopped mint leaves and serve cold
