It’s important that you enjoy your food to reach your health goals, and this vegetable salad is one way to make you feel good. Add paneer to a vegetable salad, toss in the herbs you like, and make your salad both interesting and rich in protein at the same time.

Ingredients:

(makes 3 servings)

  • 1 cup crumbled paneer                     

  • 1/4 cup carrot

  • 1/4 cup onion                         

  • 3 lettuce leaves

  • 1/4 cup cucumber                  

  • 1/4 cup tomato                       

  • 2 Tbsp. coriander leaves     

  • Black pepper to taste

  • Salt to taste

How to prepare:

  1. Chop all the veggies into small bits and add the crumbled paneer in a large bowl. 

  2. Sprinkle salt and black pepper on the salad. Mix well to distribute the seasoning.

  3. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
