It’s important that you enjoy your food to reach your health goals, and this vegetable salad is one way to make you feel good. Add paneer to a vegetable salad, toss in the herbs you like, and make your salad both interesting and rich in protein at the same time.
Ingredients:
(makes 3 servings)
1 cup crumbled paneer
1/4 cup carrot
1/4 cup onion
3 lettuce leaves
1/4 cup cucumber
1/4 cup tomato
2 Tbsp. coriander leaves
Black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
How to prepare:
Chop all the veggies into small bits and add the crumbled paneer in a large bowl.
Sprinkle salt and black pepper on the salad. Mix well to distribute the seasoning.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
